Solved my game is incompatible please help

i try to play the game but it is a black screen.
Then i uninstalled it and reinstalled it still did not work.
Then went to troubleshooting and it said it was incompatible.
Why is it incompatible?

OK i figured it out i needed to use the openGl rendering system for some reason
