Police Spike Strip - efect strongly depends from vehicle

It's mod I made some time ago and forgot about it.

Preaty simple and preaty stupid. It can immobilase vehicles.

Efect depends from vehicle you want to stop.
It's not working every time. Some vehicles just are shacking after driving over spikes some loosing a wheel other get respawn.

Not going to develop it in any way.

All the cars I tested on the spike strip stop dead and than when I go to drive the tires bounce everywhere and makes the car bumpy.
