Unsolved RoR 0.4.8.0 opening problems!!!

Every time I open RoR 0.4.8.0 it immediately joins the same server I was in and whenever I go to click return to the menu screen it crashes and the game crashes either way and now I can't do single player and play maps. 0.4.7.0 multiplayer doesn't want to work so....im basically *redacted*...someone please help this is really starting to piss me off.

@N008s_PlaysYT You want to find this line in RoR.cfg and make sure it's set to No, it's the first line, so it should be easy. Also caps.
