Solved RoR quits when i load in mod

You're missing the DirectX Runtime: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/Download/confirmation.aspx?id=35
Install it, then in-game head to Settings -> Render System and change "OpenGL" to "Direct3D9", restart RoR.

What about if your using a school computer what do you do then because I tried it but it asks for a domain user and pass

There's nothing you can do besides using your own personal computer. The DirectX Runtime requires admin privileges to install. (you shouldn't be using a school computer to play games anyway..)
