RoR Transit Agency skin for the Thomas Minotour - Public transport

My latest RoR skin.
This skin is only compatible with the non-school version of the Thomas Minotour.
I might add different variants later (shuttle bus, On-Demand transit).
Will be my last skin to be released in 2024.


RoR Transit Agency now has new busses in their fleet!
