How can i unhook the dolly?

F11/F12 detaches/reattaches the dolly. Press CTRL+T to view the full command list.

How do i get that large pipe onto it?

You have to pick it up by two (heavy) cranes, then drive under the pipe and couple off the 2nd part of the dolly, when in place. Drive further and stop with 1st part of trailer, when in right position. Then lower the pipe with the two cranes, untill it auto-locks onto the trailer and the dolly.
