Solved (UTF-8) Help ! :) RoR Rigsofrods

So I've got into this error:

and I think it is because my "pc" called by my Surname (windows 10...) and it has "ó" in it...
And the game doesn't seems to be familiar with it, as you see > "C:\Users\GUB~1\DOCUME~1\Rigs of Rods 0.4\" < here...
I even went to microsoft.com and I changed my name.. but that doesn't helped it.. because the folder can't be renamed.

So...

How could I change the folder direction?

Because windows is a piece of crap if you want to do a simple thing. like..
Renaming a folder that contains tons of files.. I will re install it.

It was because my name... yea. c.c so I had to reinstall windows 10,

(Also I broke my system, while I tried to rename my user/user folder to something else)

So UTF-8 problem is solved... for me c.c

(Maybe it would have been easier, if I don't * up my regedit files , and I don't lose my Administrator rights.. xD <- Don't do that! )

After that lot of waiting for Windows to update/download a lot of stupid apps while installing my fresh new system, I think if I would had made another user
that called something else, like without a "ó" in it.
and I download the game... etc etc etc.. it should had... -> No! Because it doesn't make another.. USER FOLDER.

In windows 7 you can make a lot of other Users..And they have their own User folder..
