Why does MitchieBoys Mercedes CLK have a glitch

So I downloaded the car from the Repository and i tried to test it out but then it wouldnt show the speed correctly and the sound was all glitchy. Is there any way to fix this?

Make sure you haven't extracted the .zip file.
