Unsolved Controller issue

I just bought a thrustmaster steering wheel. I plugged it in. The drivers downloaded. I cant use with the game. Any suggestions? I figured it would be as simple as plug and play.

Thanks for the help. I could not get the input tool to come on up. Now I can.

So I have been trying to use the mapping tool. I still can not get it to work. Do I have to program the functions I want in to the tool to get it to work? I had seen on a YouTube that RoR in an older version had a variety of different controllers mapped out and included various steering wheels. I was wondering why I can't find those in the repository?
