Pricorde '78 Dodge cop car- why so slow?

I just redownloaded Pricorde's content pack, and I took the Dodge cop car out for a spin. Wow, that thing is slow. I can't break past 40 mph! Does anyone have any suggestions for power and gearing to make this more realistic?

I know, right? The rest of the settings seem close enough, especially the suspension.

It's a bit complicated because of its completely unrealistic weight to know how much power needs to be added

tune the weight down since those were made before the weight tuning became a thing . And decrease power since it will be too powerfull most likely
