Solved Audio issues

I've tried every audio option and none of them work. I don't know what is causing this and it would be really useful if anybody knew how to solve this issue. I am using headphones.

Also, when I download vehicles they won't show up in the spawner, could this be because the vehicle is unsupported?

are you restarting the game after selecting the audio device you want to use? Also to install a mod follow this guide here
