Solved Multiplayer Flares Question

So in the future when I get a new computer, I want to make a couple of Police Car. I have blueprints for the cars. I do want to use them in multiplayer, but I have come across that some flares don't show in Multiplayer. When do flares show? And when do they not show?

All flares should be shown to other players except those set beyond CTRL+2 (e.g. CTRL+3, CTRL+4..etc). This is just how the server is coded, nothing you can really do about it.
