Various improvements!

So, I decided to try updating this terrain pack from last October. Below is a summary of what's new.
  • Adjusted friction settings: Now the paved ovals and dirt ovals have more accurate friction settings and grip levels.
  • Time Trial versions: Each of the six ovals now has a time trial version so you can keep track of how fast your laps are.
  • Mini pictures: Each oval version also received a brand-new mini picture.
  • "Drift track" removed: Since it was in a very unfinished state and I have no idea what the original author intended to make, the "drift track" terrain has been removed.
