It may be outdated, and you may have to copy-and-paste your nodes and beams into the example file it comes with, but it's reliable, everything you need is one click away, and it prints node numbers in a way that makes them actually readable.

All that's holding it back is the inability to parse newer truck files, otherwise this is the most feature-rich, user-friendly, and reliable tool for manual n/b editing.
