Updated to new dashboard mod format

The mod has been updated to work with the newest version of the game.

The installation method has changed: simply download through the in-game Repository browser (or from here, and put it in your mods folder) and go to Settings>UI>"Default truck dashboard", select the dashboard from the list and click OK.

This version actually includes the .layout files required

Included the necessary .layout files so RoR can actually make use of the new graphics.

Can't believe I forgot them, I feel so stupid - sorry, guys
