This is a Japanese Police Car Skin based on the Osaka Prefecture.

How to use

-Turn the file into a .zip
-Take the sound file out
-Place In and rename to BMWE36_Polizei.wav
-Duplicate Car and rename to avoid confusion
-rename to the skin to .skinzip

Note: Curious Mike helped me fix an error with the skin as the color was not saving properly.
