This is an issue in 0.4.7.0, and was fixed in 0.4.8.0, which I highly suggest you switch to, as 4.7 is less optimized and far less stable than 4.8.

Almost all skins of Gabester's vehicles are unreleased as Gabester never allowed any kind of mod of his vehicles to be officially released, including skins. Very few mods managed to either snake through his grasp, or were one of the few that were actually approved.
