you have realtime reflections disabled so the main texture is pitch black the specular is white so when realtime reflections are disabled the thing shows up black same happens other shiny shit like mirrors

I had to update the "this is a 'school bus'" skin there was one little mistake I had to correct & that was the overlapping lettering on the skin it's fixed now though
