Solution: Downloading the files again and replacing the rorserver.exe and the batch file can solve the issue. Thanks to @Mark

yeah thats whats confusing me, too. The error message is refering to the rorserver.exe and I can see the cmd box behind the windows message. So cmd is working on my server. I could post a screenshot but you would have to translate it into english

Thank you for that information, I've figured it out by my own (I had some free time). But still: thanks mate. Maybe I will enhance my C-knowledge and mess around with the chat commands. But for the moment, Im busy :D

So i've launched a inet server and Im using the default commands. I noticed that i cant use commands like !owner;!move;!website. They simply don't output anything. I have filled in the parts, but they're not useabel. I've put the script down below.
