Any idea why lighting gets glitched?

Sometimes, in any vehicle, the lights get glitched out and spread everywhere (look in video for more info: )
Any idea why this happens, or how I can fix it?

Specs: 11th gen i7 with iris xe integrated graphics
16gb ram
Windows 11 22h2

The issue your describing (the video doesn't work, you archived it) is a known issue.
