Ban Appeal for Roman Bellic

Hi Moderators,

I’m appealing for Roman Bellic, banned around June 20, 2025 from multiplayer. They were banned during the server hack. They used a VPN to get back in, not knowing it was against rules, and got banned from the forums.

They’re sorry for using a VPN and won’t do it again. Please consider unbanning them.

That's strange, because this happened in multiplayer, if I understand correctly; so why was he banned from the forums? It has nothing to do with multiplayer?
Also, is he temporarily or permanently banned?

Also, you say he used a VPN, but it doesn't specify anywhere that one shouldn't be used.
Finally, according to the multiplayer rules, it's not really allowed to post this kind of thread, but if it helps Roman.
