but i downloaded?

when im trying to rate a vehicles it says to download the file why? and can i fix it somehow
does anyone else have this problem?

you have to try it first after downloading its just a way to rate it after trying it out

I opened this: https://forum.rigsofrods.org/resources/carlos-reshade-config.713/
Clicked "leave a rating" - got a message " You can only rate a resource version that you have downloaded."
Clicked "Download" and cancelled the download insantly.
And now I was able to leave a review without even refreshing the page or even downloading the actual file.

No idea why it's not working for you
