Can I upload old file(s) to the repository?

I have an assortment of vehicles I downloaded from the old repository when I was into RoR in 2012-2013. I would like to add at least one of these files to the current repository. I believe many of the old vehicles I have were made by pricorde, but the one I would like to upload the most is a 1st-generation Blue Bird Vision by Graysonk95, Brickman, Dereksh97, Carsonj493, Khadner, and ROR_EMS. I cannot find any of these people on the site, and I do not remember what permissions they gave with the file.

Does anyone know if these authors gave permission for the file to be reuploaded into future repos? Is it okay if I upload it (and other old vehicles) for the sake of preserving old mods, as long as I give credit to the authors?

Nice, I didn't know the bus had been posted here. I can't access the archive but managed to find another old version of the repository.
