Cant change my display settings

i decided to play ror again after a long period of inactivity
i tried to toggle on fullscreen but it didnt work so i went with the usual way the guide said but for some reason when i tried changing the display resolution it still didnt work
(the last two screenshots are about the gpu and screen resolution)

Did you try changing it manually in the RoR config with a text editor?

the problem is that im using kaspersky (i might turn this into computer fixing thread thing)
