Solved Can't open game; internal error

Hey, this is my first post. I got this from itch.io and I've unzipped everything, but when I attempt to open the game it always shows this error. (see attached)

Thanks for the response. Running as admin still gives that same exact error.

Where did you unzip the files into? And can you upload your RoR.log (see the troubleshooting guidelines for help with this)?
