Solved Car glitching out

So i had spawned the F-150 Nite edition and this happened.
I dont know why i had lifted it a bit but i drove it around and it worked fine, and now it is glitching out and i cant drive it.

I found out why. I had accidentally changed the damping and it was causing it.
But how if you could help me how do i add more flex?
