Unsolved empty map +no body

map for rockton county just land no buildings or roads +W900 pack see through no sold body

I've had this happen multiple times, where Rockton County loaded without a majority of map objects, amd reloading the map seems to fix the issue.

I've tried loading the map 1,000 times and it still does not work. could it be lone peak map?

Did you leave the terrain in a zip or did you extract it?

does it need to go in the terrain folder or stay in the packs folder.
and it is not a zip, but I have vehicles that aren't zip files and they work fine

Never extract the zip file, just place it into the packs folder.
