Solved game crashing when i try to load any map

i just updated today and tried to load a map (of course) and it crashed, so i tried to load another map, crash, crash, crash, could someone please help
dont know if this is the right log file, but if it isnt, tell me where to find it
also, ive figured out it stops at"initialising dashboard subsystem" so, do with that what you will

I'll have to try this when I get a new charger for my laptop, mine broke not to long ago and my laptop just ran out of power, but I'll get back to you if it works as soon as I can

ok, got my laptop running again today, tried this, didnt work (also, ff was disabled from the start

fixed it by updating to new version

The first thing you should try when troubleshooting is updating to a new version to see if your issue may have been fixed.
