Unsolved Game wont start

Ive downloaded Version 0.4.8.0-RC4 and theese 2 errors happens when i start it

Try deleting ogre.cfg (Located in %userprofile%\Documents\Rigs of Rods 0.4\config).

There is no files at all, its empty, and deleting rigs of rods folder from documents also wont help

i moved game folder to local disk C and now i have new error, my config folder is empty
