Unsolved Help needed

OK so I'm having this issue where my game crashes every time I try to spawn any vehicle, but the weird thing is that it just happened out of nowhere and I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Could anyone please help me? I am running windows 10

i do have the latest version of the game its version 4.8 and i also have 4.7
