Unsolved Help with keybord F keys sticking

hi all hope someone can help me

my problem is my f keys on the keyboard they stick as in if i am driving a bulldozer from negative ice for example and i hit f7 to lower the blade i click it once it stays on and i cant get it to turn off until i do caps lock f7 to reset it i was wounding if any one had any ideas on how to fix it or has this problem as well

try pressing the same command again, that should stop it.
