how do i get this game to work on a raspberry pi i can download the game and vehicles do i need to download a map or something else

Gonna go ahead and say a raspberry pi does not meet any kind of system specs to run a physics simulator.

Having messed with one, I really don't think the Raspberry Pi, without extensive modification, really does not have the power to run anything but very basic, rudimentary games.

got a pie at home (3b+) definitly not strong enough

You can run RoR on a Raspberry Pi, we even have build scripts for it: https://github.com/RigsOfRods/ror-linux-buildscripts/tree/rpi
The only issue with it is it corrupts the filesystem on shutdown
