How to fix when I edit the .truck the file turns into a text document, Why is it doing that??

Pretty sure when you save as it has to be a .truck file. Putting ".truck" in the name of the text document itself won't work, and secondly sometimes when you go to re-save the file windows will change it by default. I want to say thats probably your issue, but its been a while since ive personally dealt with it.
