Solution
Heres a something I made in my Chromebook, Runs great, the video only lagged cuz I was recording entire screen not small part of it (dumbass me) but yeah here
I have like 4GB Ram, you just use these commands:
sudo apt update
unzip rigs-of-rods-linux.zip (once you place it in Linux files)
sudo apt install libois-dev (some thing idk)
then to run the game
./RunRoR
just avoid doing anything too demanding like spawning 10 cars and you should be fine

My computer specs:
Acer CB311 9-H Series (2021)
4GB RAM, 5 years old (73% battery health) and isn't a shitbox (to me at least)

huh, so it could work!

these are my settings + disable Async and Vsync so the game is running well, while looking amazing, DO NOT TURN ON REFLECTIONS AT ALL!, also turn on Arcade controls, set gearbox to whatever (manual with auto clutch is good) and controls to dynamic (final option on top)

When Lag:
Multiplayer when stuff like the Zeta is spawned like 5 times
High demand mods spawned more than once
Too many cars

Why?
This isnt solely due to hardware, but its also because of the engine itself lagging as this can (and will) happen on even the most powerful device since the engine is what, 20 years old?

One last gif post and I'm done with this thread (unless I'm needed back)

One final final post, how I add my mod packs to keep them organized :

Any mod reading this. Since this post has been solved can you lock this thread?

Bro, we appreciate you sharing this to help people, it's genuinely helpful and very kind of you to share and that's really cool 🔥
Also nice to see the forums active, but not so nice to see them trashed/spammed by the new memebers

It's a big no-no on any forums to double-post, you double-triple-quadruple-quintuple-sextuple-septuple-octuple-nonuple-posted
