I made some skins for the vito, but i have no idea on how to convert them from a pdf to a skinzip.

So recently, I was haging out in the Offical Any server, in NHelensmodded, when vans said he wished he could make some skins for the brand-new Vito, but he didn't have photoshop, so I remembered I had photoshop and told him I could do it, so after like, 20 minutes, I had made it, but I have to release it in a skinzip format, not a psd, so if anyone could convert or tell me how to that would be awesome. (Don't judge me, I'm new to making skins).
