Issue with connecting steering wheel/pedals

Hello, I’m having an issue connecting my steering wheel and pedals, when I click on get device info.exe, is the screen supposed to pop up for a sec and then go away? I can’t get the file name needed to export my setup for RoR. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I’m running Windows 10 on a yoga 11e laptop with Lenovo edu experience if that helps

Hi, yeah, that is what is supposed to happen

It generates a text file with the output, see inputinfo.txt

hi so i posted an earlier problem about the get device info.exe not working but it got fixed. now rigs of rods wont detect my wheel. ive followed all instructions clearly and perfectly yet my wheel wont connect. any suggestions?? id really appreciate it!! thanks-red

if ror isnt reading your wheel then you dont have the .map file named correctly
