Solved Laggy Neo and Rockton and others

So, when I load a map with lots of buildings or that does not have a fps friendly version, my frames go down from 60 to 12 fps. I don't know what settings I should set it to for my fps to improve. It might be my Computer specs,idk. Anyways, here are my specs
CPU:Intel Core i3-4030U
RAM:4 GB
GPU:Intel(R) HD Graphics 4400
64 bit System

yea, your pc isn't all that powerful so if you already tried lowering all of the graphical settings and its still laggy there isn't anything we can do
