I don't know if its my game or my computer but my game runs very slow like 0.01-8 fps and it takes forever to load a car or bus

What's your PC specs? Have you tried lowering the settings?

no but I found the old files from my mod that I extracted and put into a different folder I deleted them there were 7528 items
I haven't but the order is I try to go on the game the game takes forever to load the map up when it does Ioad I try to load a bus(most likely) and the game nearly crashes and when it does the fps fluctuates between 0.001-6 fps
