Lost rank (gerankt)

After installing 2026.01 I've lost my ranking. In settings I can find my user token, so I put it in my profile. After pressing [enter] still no rank. Anyone to help me out, please?

I had this same issue when my player name did not match my forum username, can you make sure your player name in multiplayer settings is exactly "Guppey-NL"? (remember to press enter to confirm)

i had this too when the forum got updated, i would check if your name matches (like mark said) and just copypaste the token into there

Thanks for the help, I forgot to put the [-] in my usrname. Problem solved!
