I dont know what it means by Prop where it says

• Videocameras only work with props.

What prop would I need because I dont got much editing stuff do you know where a prob would be with the material?

3d model as mesh file can be used as a prop or as a flexbody. To use it as a display for rear view camera it must be prop, not a flexbody.

Creating a mirrors for vehicle (exact same proces only camera is in same place where mirror) is the one of hardest things for me to do and the most time consuming.
