It's not powerful enough and sometimes it spawns out of nowhere. It's glitched.

There is no possible way that a mod can spontaneously spawn itself without user interaction with the vehicle loader menu.

Not that. When Pajero gets stuck, it spawns like 20-30cm from the ground like 2 or 3 times. That's what I am telling about. Is it glitched?

The Pajero isn't glitched, parts of it are simply a little unstable. The game automatically resets it where it is if it detects this instability, sometimes damaging it again and putting it into a short loop of resets before it settles out. Most likely this issue can be easily fixed by tweaking the set_beam_defaults. I can tell you this much, however: resetting in place is much better than having it reset all the way back at spawn or explode or make the game crash.
