Hi i want to mod in RoR but i have a question to all the modders, in what program is it the best to make an mod and what is the best way to make an custom part.

Not all the things, i asked about what program the best is and yes blender is now good but i hear sometimes about sketchup so thats why i ask and there is nothing (what i see) how to make new parts

Please do not use SketchUp. It is not made for modeling for video games, and because of that, everything will be 10x harder to do in SketchUp than it would be to do in Blender3d.

Sketchup is more or less for really jokey type of cars, while blender is kind of more serious.
