Multiplayer - is chat window no longer a movable window?

Is the chat window no longer movable in the new 2020.01 version?

It's a lot less intrusive being this transparent, yet it will be an annoyance - popping up in the middle of the screen every few seconds when the server is busy. I sometimes moved it to the right, below the players list, half of it off the screen.

Is there any way to move it, or is it not an option for now?

Its going to change soon to on-screen floating text, no window

Great to see the new improvements ..search "carriage return since 1901" But where did the vertical scroll go? How now to scroll to the top to find the initial multiplayer arena information? I always like seeing that welcome message!

If you hover your mouse cursor over the chat window, you can use the mouse wheel to scroll up and down

It works for me, that's all I can say
