Solved Plugins.cfg And Ogre

Please help when i try to open RoR it says

No render system plugin avaible. check your plugins.cfg

and then it says this

Ogre::InvalidStateException: Cannon initialise - no render system has been selected. in Root::initialise at (a location)

Try updating to 0.4.8 RC5. Your graphics card is over 11 years old (ATI Radeon HD 3470) though, so there's a high possibility you won't be able to run RoR on your system.
