i have my own free media server now publicly available
if it doesn't work, make 9.9.9.9 your dns server (don't worry, its a well trusted server. heres the website for it: quad9.net)
it currently has a boatload of music, somewhat working live tv, and a home video
if anyone wants to add new media, dm me so i can build my oversized streaming platform on my underpowered laptop server from 2012
