I just went on this map and it is a bit creepy. The picture below is the name of the map.

There are question marks all around the map, what are those for by the way? When I get near one or once I crash near one two green dots appeared on the map (Press Tab) and a screeching sound started up. After a bit the dots went away but the sound stayed.

What the heck is that about? Someone certainly had fun with this one.

Can someone please explain? Thanks.

This thread has the title "Random Screenshots" right? I went through the rules and I haven't broken any rules. The only close one I might have is asked for a mod seen in a screenshot but I only asked for a map not the car used.
Stop telling me that I have broken a rule and tell me the rule I have broken.
