Invalid (RoR 0.4.7) Mouse Isn't Working In Main Menu

I've just downloaded Rigs Of Rods 0.4.7 but I can't make it past the main menu. My mouse cannot click on anything, I can move my mouse cursor no problem, but clicking on any of the main menu buttons does nothing. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

(Edit) I'm on Windows if that helps.

That and the fact that you have to click twice in the program.
