My friend told me about ROR Toolkit, does anybody have an updated version? Most of the links to install are from about 5-9 years ago.

ROR Toolkit?

The RoR toolkit only works for 0.3x terrains, and any link you found from 5-9 years ago is/was probably the newest version of it. If you're looking at editing a terrain, I suggest you check out the ingame editor, for moving objects around. Adding/moving terrain objects -
