Solved ROR Won't run

When I try to run it it opens with this error:

I have an older laptop, but it should run fine. Help?

Thanks much, What do I do after downloading?

Download vc_redist.x64.exe and run it like any other installer. Once it's finished try running RoR again, it should be able to launch.
