Improved rust texture, renamed files from test.png to rust_burnside_sedan.png, burnsidecolor.skin to rust_burnside_sedan.skin. Added description, and changed name to Rust skin for Burnside Sedan.

I got the suspension to sag on the back by reducing tire and spring strength on back axle and front axle
